Error in tadbit parse #382

I tested for tadbit parse command like this way, after the mapping step.

'tadbit parse --genome ecoli_k12.fasta -w SRR1583704_tadbit_test_dir'

However the error showed like this way

TypeError: reduce() of empty sequence with no initial value
(with the error of tadbit_parse.py line 313)
