feature request: Add support for multiple directories

Problem Description / Use Case

I have multiple drives and directories that anime are in. I also use a Jellyfin server. With the current limit of 1 directory I can only use 1 drive for my anime source

Add support for multiple directories

There is no ETA on when this feature will be added. The workaround for now is to create symlinks.
