Actually the description columns could be improved for all CICP fields. Why not copy over the descriptions from CICP spec?

Some of the description entries could cause confusion. For example I see For future use in some of the fields. It should instead say For future use by ITU-T | ISO/IEC to be more specific and avoid unnecessary misunderstandings.

And why in the color_primaries table the reserved entries are not present and in other tables they are present?
