• LUVOS: Moved to luv-yocto tag v2.2, which supports kernel v4.14.
• SCT: Bug fix in ExitBootServices_Conf test.
• SBSA: Update tag/commit information to include latest bug fixes in sbsa-acs.

Release v1.3 of Enterprise ACS suite.

• SCT: Remove optional test scenarios like checking for EBC Interface, EFI_LOAD_FILE2_PROTOCOL.
• FWTS: Make _AEI method optional, since there are alternative ways to present ACPI events spec v6.1 onwards.
• SBSA: Update tag/commit information to include latest bug fixes in sbsa-acs.

• Removed sbbr changes in fwts from luvOS patch, since those have been upstreamed in fwts repository.
• Updated checkout commit ids for fwts code in sbbr bitbake script, because of above mentioned changes.
• Updated setup scripts to checkout REL1.1 tags of sbsa-acs and linux-acs repositories.
