[macOS 27 beta] AdGuard Mini 2.3.0 beta issues

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

quit and reopen adguard and you see in random times the window resets its size plus flag message still apears on random too ( please check the dock icon too... make permeant hidden on boot login )
close Adguard with background option enabled and you se the icon at dock still there can't hide at all.

Expected Behavior

the size to be saved and the flag message never apears, plus the dock icon to be hidden at boot macos login
and the last thing the icon stays at dock when you open the Adguard window and you close with with background option, it won't hide, only when you quit and you reopen Adguard.
