Too big pop-up for Activation of the most appropriate filter automatically

Issue Details

I think this popup (overlay) message upon "activation of the most appropriate filter automatically" is too disturbing and stays too long time... Please, choose other way to indicate this thing. It is way too big and interferes with web-page or app. It is showed even in gmail...

Proposed solution

Show small and for shorter time. Maybe not a popup. Maybe in the Adguard icon in the browser menubar or so...

Alternative solution

Or, make a switch in the Settings to set On/off these popups.

@SvetoslavEnkov, Hello! Are you perhaps using Firefox? For each language-specific filter group the notification should be displayed only once, but we have a bug in Firefox where the extensions settings reset after a while.
