Update doc to reflect that aem-grid--default--<column> class is always present #2

With the latest AEM code (at least 6.5+), the class for the default breakpoint i.e. - aem-grid--default--<column> is always present on the grid.

Not sure if this behavior changed with time or if it was ever like that.

We should update the doc to reflect that.
