[BUG] oneToOne Layout Camera preview doesnt turn off for local user #189

When using oneToOne layout, the camera preview for the local user does not turn off when camera button toggled but on the remote user side it works.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Join a session with oneToOne layout
Click on camera toggle button

Expected behavior
Camera preview should turn off for the local user too as it seems misleading.

Device: Redmi 12 5g
OS: Android 14

Additional context
It was tested on some lower android versions too, same issue persist
