Flatmap search and selection do not recognise partonomy or taxonomy relationships. Selecting a structure (e.g., heart) only highlights that object, not its substructures (e.g., endocardium), so related paths are missed.
Fix: Update and use SparcHierarchy and/or AnatomicalHierarchy to include descendants and store them in the CQ database.
