Issue Description

The current footer panel lacks sufficient responsiveness and visual appeal. This issue includes the following concerns:

Fixed Height: The footer has a fixed height, which does not accommodate dynamic content well.

Inadequate Spacing: The padding within the footer is insufficient, making it appear cramped.

Link Interaction: Links within the footer do not provide any hover feedback, leading to a static user experience.

Input Field Visibility: Input fields in the contact form lack visible borders and shadows, making them difficult to see.

Button Styling: The button in the contact form does not have hover effects, reducing user interaction feedback.

Limited Responsiveness: The contact form is not optimized for various screen sizes, affecting usability on mobile devices.

Suggested Change

Dynamic Height Adjustment:

Change the footer's height property from a fixed value to auto to accommodate varying amounts of content without overflow.
Increased Padding:

Add more padding to the .foot-panel2 and .foot_panel4 classes to provide better spacing and a more open layout.
