I saw a few bug reports of cameras being stuck in one place. This is most likely related with scoreboards and scripts not working properly. I'm currently working on moving functions into scripts and rewriting camera scripts.

For now, try adjusting 'dc_camdist' scoreboard value. I can't guarantee it will work, but it's most likely related with that.
