[Suggestion] Improvements To The .setblock command

Describe the feature

First off, there should be a .fill, basically /fill (but ghost blocks) also if possible on the .fill command make it so you can replace certain blocks like the actual /fill command. Finally, if possible then make it so that when you're in client side creative mode whenever you break a block instead of reappearing it get sets to air client side (same with placing, if you place a block from the fake creative inventory make it ghost)
