Release notes polish

Its always exciting to see the release notes when Harper is updated, but they can be hard to go through, especially if I am not looking for the specific word and phrase updates. I would like to hear your thoughts on these ideas:

• sort the release notes based on category (feat, build, fix)
• format the release notes in a table (one table or separate ones per category, perhaps they can be collapsible)

build(deps)	bump egui from 0.34.2 to 0.34.3	@dependabot [bot]	#3674

• put the changes in changelog.md and just drop a link into the release notes

@ylub, I suppose all of this. I suggest that you split it into separate issues for each request, and file them as enhancements.
