Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In #2005, a prompt was added to instruct hosted Newspack sites to submit plugins for review before installing. It's persistent, which is great, but not entirely necessary for the Newspack team to see.

Describe the solution you'd like
Is it possible to disable the prompt for the Newspack team?

Describe alternatives you've considered
It's possible to work around it, so we can do that for the meantime!
