In Organizations add a notes field

Let's chat about this. I keep seeing orgs that I'd like a notes field to explain their structure or purpose or relationship to other orgs (some are sub-orgs of parent organizations for instance). I think it would need some parameters of use so that folks don't add actions to the notes field.
