Changing all the enums in each schema to lowercase

Although this is not necessary at all, changing all the enums in the schema would make the metadata case insensitive by setting some variables to lower() in read-lab-metadata or download modules. This might help users in the future when filling out the metadata as they won't need to careful with capital letter.
