Specify Packet Log Reader for Telemetry Extractor from Command Line

I would like to call the Telemetry Extractor from the command line, and I'm following the documentation from here: https://cosmosc2.com/docs/v4/tlm-extractor

The processes is straight forward except, my telemetry log is not the default "Cosmos::PacketLogReader" it is "Cosmos::CcsdsLogReader". So I get an error "COSMOS file header not found on packet log". I can change the Packet Log Reader in the Telemetry Extractor GUI, and everything works. How do I specify the Packet Log Reader it if calling TlmExtractor from the command line?

So I can do it if I change the default value in config/system.txt file, I wonder if there is a better way since there is a warning message indicated this may cause other problems.

This is a good solution. Make a special system.txt file for this too, say system_extractor.txt. Then you can just make the change there and pass --system system_extractor.txt to TlmExtractor when you run it on the command line.
