🧹 Chore: Acceptance Criteria Automation and Clean-up

The initial Acceptance Criteria work was done on a time and materials basis. The good news is that we were able to get it mostly done, which has resulted in a usable set of procedures that have informed the sprint assessments. The bad news is that we did not have sufficient resources to (a) fully automate the creation of the necessary input files and (b) clean up minor errors in the summary results.

Effort should focus on cleaning things up, not rearchitecting the approach (for that, see #128)
