Unable to install vendors with latest symfony version

Problem 1
- Installation request for symfony/framework-standard-edition 2.3.x-dev -> satisfiable by symfony/framework-standard-edition[2.3.x-dev].
- symfony/framework-standard-edition 2.3.x-dev requires besimple/soap 0.1.*@dev -> no matching package found.

Please help about this issue

Seems that you used a wrong package version, should be:

"besimple/soap": "0.3.*@dev"
