regression v1.16: OpenCL.dll was not found #331

I'm using Basisu on a ryzen server (using onboard gpu) and having this OpenCL.dll was not found error:

Only v1.16+ having this error, v1.15 works fine.

Can you try installing the latest AMD driver?
You can also building basisu with the OPENCL flag set to 0, to disable all OpenCL usage.
