Description

I installed BlissOS 16.9.x FOSS apps with the reFind boot manager. The 'blissos.png' file is missing from /EFI/refind/themes, so it's just the striped square for BlissOS, Also, the exfat_x86.efi causes a boot error message before refind menu comes up. From what I've read (I don't really know) this is because the exfat_x86.efi driver will never be signed by Microsoft or some such thing. I just deleted it and the message went away. Aren't Windows installations on NTFS partitions anyways?

If someone could send me some 'os_blissos.png' icons for '/mnt/EFI/refind/themes/refind-theme-regular/icons' I would be much obliged. I'll just have to make my own for now.

Also, grub is lame. <3

Reproduction steps

1. Download BlissOS 16.9.x FOSS apps.
2. Choose refind boot manager in installation.
3. Reboot.
