Create an AssetUrl object to represent the url of an asset

Provide a way to open directory the asset as an IInputStream
Provide a way to test if the asset url points to a file
Provide a way to get the normalized url string (without %X% variables)
Provide a way to get the raw url string (with %X% variables)
