Some people are being filtered out - investigate. It's possibly excluding persons without roles, which I don't think is necessary.

  • persons count, 2419
  • filtered_out_deleted_persons count, 2378 (41 marked-for-deletions ignored)
  • persons_subset count, 2298 (80 more ignored -- these are the ones to investigate)

Info as of 2020-October-14, 9:13pm

  • persons count, 2419
  • filtered_out_deleted_persons count, 2354 (65 marked-for-deletions ignored -- extras from zoe's "Documents to be deleted" google-doc)
  • persons_subset count, 2274 (80 more ignored -- these are the ones to investigate)
