lxplus6 will be deprecated eventually, everything must be made compatible with lxplus7

This shouldn't require much or any work on our part. The main issue is that the "production architecture" of the CMSSW releases we have been using (10_2_X, recommended by PdmV) is slc6, and therefore, grid sites will have mainly 10_2_X releases installed for slc6 only. I'm also not sure how many cc7 nodes are deployed on the grid compared to slc6 at the moment.

It looks like releases >= 10_5_0 may have "slc7" (cc7) as the production architecture. We will probably be moving to cc7 for ultra legacy (which appears to use CMSSW 10_6_X).
