As a shopkeeper, I want the app to instruct employees which drone items are to be loaded into so that employees could work more efficiently.

Conversation:
Speeds up delivery process in general, for customers and employees
Reduces chances of manual employee error.

Confirmation:

Check whether the drone could be sent out automatically after being loaded.
Ensure whether the drone cannot be sent out automatically before being loaded.
Received order is almost always correct based on customer feedback.
