Contributing to the Tic Tac Toe App

Thank you for considering contributing to the Tic Tac Toe App. We appreciate your interest in helping to make this project better. By contributing, you can help us enhance the game and improve the overall user experience.

How to Contribute

  1. Fork the repository on GitHub.

  2. Clone the forked repository to your local machine: git clone https://github.com/CSI-DMCE-2023/Hacktober-TicTacToe-2023.git

  3. Create a new branch for your changes: git checkout -b feature/your-feature-name

  4. Make your changes, test them, and ensure they follow the project's style guide (see Style Guide).

  5. Commit your changes with a descriptive commit message:

    git commit -m "Add a new feature: your feature description"

  6. Push your changes to your fork:

    git push origin feature/your-feature-name

  7. Create a pull request (PR) on the main repository. Be sure to provide a clear and concise description of your changes.

Submitting Changes

When submitting a pull request, please make sure to:

  • Describe the purpose of the changes and the problem they solve.
  • Reference any relevant issues or PRs.

Style Guide

Please follow the coding style and conventions used in the project. This may include but is not limited to:

Consistency in coding style makes it easier for others to understand and maintain the code.
