“Live CD” should be replaced with “Live image” or similar in bsdinstall

While not something to sort out for the 23.11 release, mention of the ‘Live CD’ in the installer has been rather overcome by events. Not quite sure what it should be -- perhaps ‘live image’ or ‘live disk’ or similar?
