$_siginfo cannot be read when using gdbserver

When running a purecap binary under a hybrid gdbserver, p $_siginfo will fail to display siginfo after a signal is caught. It seems that the machinery to make this work is missing upstream (only native GDB does the necessary layout conversion for siginfo if the inferior uses a different ABI).
