- Make sure that no one has made such changes before.
- Check that the changes you have made do not cause compilation errors.
- Describe exactly what changes you made. This will make it easier for us to review the Pull Request.
- Wait until one of the administrators approves your changes or suggests some corrections.
- Make sure that no one has reported such an error before. If so, join the discussion instead of opening a new ticket.
- Provide all possible logs and describe exactly the situation in which the error occurred.
- Carry out carefully all recommendations of the project supervisors and report on progress.
- Immediately communicate that the error has been fixed and close the thread.
