Steps to reproduce the error

Oddly, when submitting step #2 of the New Project wizard, the site requests the root URL and then (likely due to the returned 302 response) requests the /dashboard view. These request responses don't actually get rendered by the browser.

I experience this on both Demo and my localhost dev environment.
