MinecraftCapes inconsistant visiblity

Describe the bug
Capes appear most of the time on join, but after a minute or after transferring lobbies (i.e Hypixel), they disappear. Also on private servers, can only see own cape.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enabled the toggle for MinecraftCapes
2. Join a server like Hypixel
3. Wait a minute or swap lobbies.
4. Observe the cape is missing

Expected behavior
Expected the capes to not dissapear.

• Mod list: Capes, Cloth Config API, Fabric API, Fabric Language Kotlin, Mod Menu, Text Placeholder API
• Server: Hypixel, Private (Can see own cape but not other people's)
