"As a Developer, Tester, or Production deployer, I need to be able to deploy the Command Center (CC) Web Application, so that I can use / test it."

  • This is part of the software 'steel-thread' - so the goal here is to demonstrate everything connected together & working. It's not necessary to have deployment fully-automated yet, just enough for team-mates to test their work.
