Running iOS test just keeps crashing and re-opening Simulator

Describe the bug
When I try to follow the directions under "Running locally without building the iOS app", it launches the wrong simulator and then crashes it, over and over.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Follow the directions under "Running locally without building the iOS app".

Expected behavior
The tests should run, and I assume they should pass.
