Description: Tags are abbreviated even when there is enough room to feature them in their entirety, thus making them look incomplete

Steps: Go to dashboard and look at tags on events

Current result: Tags are abbreviated even when there is room for the whole text
Expected result: Tags should appear complete when the size of the window allows for it
