Set location - map shows error message before editing

Description: When trying to create an industry profile, before editing its location, the map function shows an error message: "cannot find address on map". It looks as if the page is failing.
Preconditions: Admin is creating an industry profile and has not yet edited the location of the industry.
Steps:

1. Login as admin
2. Click on "Settings"
3. Mouse over "Entities"
4. Select "Industry"
5. Click on "Set Location"

Current result: The area of the map shows a message that says "cannot find address on map"

Expected result: The map should be blank or show a message that explains that the location has not been specified yet
