server: "entry" is null

I am running a server using zombie awareness as a mod and about every 30 minutes, the server shuts down and crashes. I'm using exaroton, and it says the crash was caused due to a sound error, caused by a slime while ticking. I didn't edit the config to add slimes, so i don't know why this is an issue. here's the main error, along with the full crash log.

im having this same issues with all entities, one was even caused by a zombie.
(this is just the comment to reopen it since i closed it on accident)

I also just got this exact error, which crashed my 1.18.2 server.
