Process Profile Needs to Point to Rubrics

Need to be able to indicate the process for developing or updating a credential, LO, assessment includes alignment to a rubric. Examples include the ACC&U Value Rubrics and CBEN rubrics. These rubrics are not for assessing students. They're for assessing a curriculum meets benchmark levels indicating high quality criteria is met.

Perhaps ustilize https://credreg.net/ctdl/terms#instrument or https://credreg.net/ctdl/terms#processStandards with a broadened definition.

Instrument may work. I would also suggest considering ceterms:hasRubric since it is used for other cases of "here is a Rubric used with this [thing]"
