Show status other than "executed" for props that need relaying - Feature Request

When proposals need relaying, the status on the list of proposals reads "executed", thus without opening the proposal you wouldn't know that the proposal needs relaying / hasn't been executed.

Suggest having the status as "Needs relaying" or "In progress" or something to flag that the proposal hasn't in fact been executed successfully.

I come across this issue particularly in the validator subDAO when there are a lot of proposals to execute.
Just a thought, recognizing that I have no idea what dependencies the proposal status' have.
