• Selecting Key Emulation API
• Emulating a key being pressed down continuously
• Open Recording
• Binding Alt & Alt Gr

Double Click the textbox or right click and choose "Edit Key Sequence"

You can then either enter a single key stroke or a sequence of key strokes.
