Mention the internal journey of an RSE concept paper

In the conceptionalization section, it should be mentioned that a local concept needs to be run by a number of internal institutions. A definitive list cannot be provided, because it so much depends on the institution (which are super diverse). But we can definitely state the importance of it and state some examples - maybe for a university.

Is this something like the SUB Goettingen and how they bootstrapped their library's RSE group? Or do you mean something else?
