Suggestion: Stockpile GUI Import/Export similar to work orders #4999

I just learned of the stockpile command and I love the idea of being able to quickly import export stockpiles to other locations/worlds, but not everyone does. The question mark is a bit obscure and I want everyone to have the convenience of import export the same way we do for work orders. Doesn't have be anything fancy. Thank you. I'll leave it up to you all where you want to place it.
