Many possibly redundant or unused files

lib/dev/Cloc.ts - appears to be commented out. lib/testutils/ExportData.ts - also completely commented. Many field png’s may be unnecessary. public/createComp is a screenshot of part of the site, public/owenToPng.png ‘Easter egg,’ public/robot.jpg is the default profile picture and could be removed (user.jpg is already there to replace it), public/roster.png is another screenshot of the site, same with public/screenshot.png, public/season.png, and public/team.png
