If I add a world to the server root directory and then import and load it, it gets moved to the correct folder (world/dimensions/minecraft/...). However, after that it becomes impossible to delete the world using /mw delete.

Hi, I saw your other issue. Unfortunately, I don't have time to look into it right now. I'm not sure if there will be any more updates for this version. Thanks for your understanding.
