Confirm mx-bluesky/dodal works for new ophyd-async types #589

The types in ophyd-async have changed quite dramatically in bluesky/ophyd-async#594. We should confirm that these don't cause us large issues.

Acceptance Criteria

mx-bluesky and dodal are tested against New signal typing bluesky/ophyd-async#594
If this causes breaking changes for us then we feed back new PRs to ophyd-async

DominicOram added the hyperion label
