[Bug]: Stairs and Slabs generated for the Decay system don't have Collision

### What happened?

Not sure what would be causing this, I looked at where items are registered in [ModBlocks](https://github.com/DimensionalDevelopment/DimDoors/blob/1.21.1/common/src/main/java/org/dimdev/dimdoors/block/ModBlocks.java) and didn't find anything...
