Need a way to surface features connected to logging in #188

[Discussed in today's standup]

Its not clear what features are gained by logging in to our app. We need a way to surface this information to the user.

If Feedback is the only feature for logging in right now then we could change the name of the "Log In" menu to "Log In To Post Feedback" for now.
