IE hemp seeds have 2 recipes with different results in botany pots

Issue
Two recipes for IE hemp seeds in botany pots as Botany pots added internal support for these seeds.

Probably just need to remove the datapack recipe, but may be also worth looking at tweaking the new recipe to be more in line with IE's cloche recipe? Depends whether you want the balance to be in favour of string/wool as per the botany pots recipe or seeds/oil as the cloche recipe is.
