Use email verification for guests instead of manual approval

I think we are required to check whether the given guest exists in the building with the given data. Our neighbors should not be able to use our WiFi and AFAIK our internet service provider also wants us to know who was actually connected to the internet in case an authority inquiries information regarding someone's misuse of their internet access.

I think it should be probably a task for staff / secretary of the College and not ours, so it could be improved but I think manual intervention is needed just to conform with regulatory requirements.
