Make MrAndMiss editing and results page more accessible

They do exist (see the routes in web.php); however, there are no buttons, links or anything; even for those authorised. (Or maybe I have missed that; search for the name of the routes.) Bonus for making the results accessible and copiable without having to spoiler them for yourself:D

Also, only the community committee leader has the right to access it; we should add at least admins (as they are often assigned to do this job). See the corresponding policy.
