Describe the bug
when the metadata footprint crosses the dateline, the footprint does not display correctly on the search map

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. publish a metadata record with west longitude 150, east longitude -150
  2. upload to geoportal server
  3. hover over the record in the search result page
  4. notice the footprint in the search map
  5. repeat with metadata footprint where west is 150, east is

Expected behavior
The footprint is broken in two (if needed) and wraps around the dateline
